True fusion of native flavors, fresh and seasonal ingredients, forest, and most importantly – “Blue food”, blue food. This is how the menu at our Grand Blue restaurant looks like.

“Blue food,” food from aquatic environments, is our main specialty and a constant theme of the menu. The new menu also includes historical cuisine. This time from the 17th and 19th centuries. My inspiration from old recipes can be found in several dishes, for example: forest pasta, fish stew, veal tricks in white sauce, or grand cheesecake with pear confit – says Executive Chef Tomasz Iwańca.

The restaurant’s windows offer a beautiful view of the sea and the longest wooden pier in Europe. It offers its guests a feast for all senses and the multidimensionality of culinary experiences in a wonderful atmosphere. Live music complements weekend evenings.
