Our Executive Chef Tomasz Koprowski has prepared menu also for the youngest – this menu will interest even the most delicate tummies!

 

The sounds of live music will surely enliven any meeting. All artists we work with are professionals who will look after the perfect atmosphere of every moment. We especially recommend the charming sounds of the harp.

 

For the youngest guests we have prepared the Kids Club for your time to pass on a pleasant time. Animators, or babysitters will ensure incredible power of attractions at the highest level.

APPETIZER:
• Slices of duck on mango and pineapple salsa with orange sauce and arugula
SOUP:
• Cream of tomato with chocolate and orange
MAIN COURSE:
• Guinea fowl breast stuffed with chanterelle mushrooms
with sour cream roasted potatoes and asparagus with Hollandaise sauce

DESSERT:
• Peach mousse with crushed meringue, almonds
and cream ice cream

KIDS MENU:
• Tomato soup with noodles
• Cod fillet coated in dough with coleslaw and French fries
• Pear sorbet with raspberries

• Matias herring on asparagus salad, quail egg and chive oil
SOUP:
• Traditional chicken soup with noodles
MAIN COURSE:
• Pork sirloin with chanterelle mushroom sauce,
baby potatoes and grilled vegetables

DESSERT:
• Roasted fruits in kogel mogel* with white chocolate
*a confection made of raw egg yolk and sugar
KIDS MENU:
• Green pea soup
• Pork sirloin cutlet with baby potatoes and carrot
• Selection of ice cream with fruits and whipped cream

• Tuna tartare with avocado mousse, tomato and chive salad, passion flower mousse
SOUP:
• Cream of green asparagus with white pepper foam
MAIN COURSE OF YOUR CHOICE:
• Halibut fillet with spinach, snow pea and asparagus salad, and roasted sweet potato with saffron-caper sauce
• Duck fillet with spinach, snow pea and asparagus salad, and roasted sweet potato with with balsamic-raspberry sauce

DESSERT:
• Mascarpone cheesecake with pear in brown butter, orange,
and pear sorbet

KIDS MENU:
• Traditional chicken soup
• Fried chicken breast, French fries and boiled vegetables
• Section of ice-cream with fruits
COLD BUFFET:
• Marinated vegetable salad with baby spinach leaves and thyme
• Lime marinated salmon on romaine lettuce leaves with honey-mustard sauce
• Selection of traditional roasts with rosemary
• Selection of French and Polish cheese
• Fruit salad with peppermint and candy sauce

HOT BUFFET:
• Herb braised duck leg in orange sauce
• Sander fillet with leek sauce and shallot
• Young vegetables in butter-emulsion
• Black rice with vegetables
LAYER CAKE:
• Exquisite layer cake prepared according to your own individual preference in any shape, color or flavor.
