Sommelier Dariusz Jażdżyński will share his expertise on the harmony of taste and aroma, revealing the secrets of pairing refined cuisine with sparkling wines. In addition, Matthieu François, representative of the legendary Champagne House Pommery, will offer fascinating insights into the heritage and traditions of these outstanding wines. Thanks to their knowledge and passion, each food and champagne pairing will become an unforgettable, sensory journey.
